My first visit here and I was a “walk-in” on a very busy day. I didn’t mind any wait as I had no expectations, plus it gave me time to decide what I wanted for my “vacation” nails as I had no idea what I wanted. They were apologetic about the wait even though it was my fault for not making an appointment. They were very welcoming and accommodating.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMake sure you have at least 3 hours to spare before making an “appointment” here. I have 3 kids and don’t get a ton of free time to take care of me, which is why I tried to make an appointment in advance to get my nails done. I arrived ten minutes early to my 6pm appointment and was quickly disappointed to see 3 technicians all with a customer and 5 other customers waiting. I waited 35 minutes after 6 pm because I’m understanding and know things happen, but even after 35 minutes and a fourth technician showed up there were still 2 more people ahead of me. I will never knock a business for trying to be as busy as possible, but DONT TAKE APPOINTMENTS THAT YOU CANT HONOR!!!!!!!Make sure you have at least 3 hours to spare before making an “appointment” here.
