Very disappointed. Manicure was done in 15 minutes, was more like a polish change. No soaking, no scrub. I asked and said they don’t do scrubs. Hand massage was less than 1 minute per hand. Pedicure was a little better but again massage as a minute each leg. Asked to sit in pedi chair and it wasn’t.ready with sanitation wrap. Manicure, Pedicure

I came here last Thursday and I understand I didn’t have an appointment. Yes they gave me a seat but when I came everyone was extremely rude and rushed to just get me out of the chair like I was a no body. They did my nails in less then a half an hour not to mention I asked for French. It’s Tuesday or this week and my nails have already chip and they were French gel manicure. I’m extremely upset for spending so much money and having them chip already and being treated very poorly

Used to love going to this place up until my last experience. My friend and I would go monthly to get our nails done. We got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. It was a good experience and my nails came out great. I paid and then I went to tip. I tiped my pedicurist and manicurist each $6. I left the salon and walked to my car and one of the women who did my nails followed me out to the parking lot and asked me for more tip. This is my opinion, I felt it was not appropriate to walk out to my car and ask me for more tip when I had already tipped each person $6. The nail salon is great and they do good work, but I don’t like how they handled my last visit there.

This place is horrendous. Unfortunately, I was here on a Sunday. They were busy, the owner or manager told me to wait 15 mnts, ended up waiting 45 and then the girls were being rushed to work on customers. One of the Asian man kept coming over to the pedicurist to say hurry up, meanwhile the woman was doing a terrible job. My old nail polish wasn’t even removed totally and I had to keep pointing at missed spots. Horrible!!!. Dont waste your time and money here, you better of driving a little more and finding a true nice place In town.

I have to say that after reading all the great reviews, I’m just super disappointed in this place. Everyone was really nice and the place was very clean but the quality isn’t there. For the amount of money I spent, my nails should not have popped off 4 days later..
