Let me preface this with saying I drive from New Britain to Windsor because Kim is the most consistent, decent price and cleanest place. I’ve tried others just to be let down with quality or being there too long. At Queen Nails you’ll be serviced on time as well as get someone who actually talks to you and gives you solid advice on the products as well as gets you out quickly. Ive been going to Queen nails for about 6 years now. Ive gotten pedicures, manicures, fills and eye brows shaped. Everything Kim does is with care.

Awesome!! They did an amazing job.! My daughter and I had a manicure and pedicures done. They took their time. This was my 1st time and I will definitely be going back. I loved seeing the relationship they have with their customers. Everyone who came in they greeted by name.

My grandma goes here so she has taken me a couple of times. They do not do even coats, dont make the nails even, expensive, and kind of rude. There gel polish comes off in a week. They don’t do a good job, kim is really nice and does the nails good but everyone else does not. I do not recommend coming here.
