First time and last . I wanted tips and a small design nail tech was telling me what length I needed to do in order for her to do a design . I wish she would’ve just said she couldn’t do the tips instead of telling me what length. I feel as a customer , I’m paying you for a service you should not be telling me what it is I need to get. I work in healthcare and do not tolerate long nails nor do I like them.

First & last time! Went in for a simple pedicure, from the initial soak I knew it wasn’t going to be a pleasant experience. First of all, the chair looked like it had not been wiped down in months. The water was cold, not even lukewarm. No cuticle remover was used, and I was nicked multiple times on both big toes. Nail tech never offered an apology and rushed through the whole process. I do not recommend this place at ALL.

Took my 10 yr old daughter to get her nails done and a full set for me. The techs were patient and understanding with my daughter who was overwhelmed with all the choices of colors to choose from. Both are nails came out amazing. Great prices too. Acrylic nails, Manicure, Gel manicures

Critical: QualityThe only reason I gave it 2 stars is because last time I came they were amazing. I came today and the lady files my nails down , mind you my real nails that I’m trying to grow. Now their paper thin on one hand !! I can feel the bending.My toes don’t match my nails and then I say to paint them and she mistook that for not wanting a manicure with it. They put a terrible glitter on. She kept rushing my hands in and out of gel machine. I will not be coming back since they can’t understand English!!! The reason I inquired about dip color was because I wanted a design. I didn’t want any fake acrylic over my nails or anything . Just manicure with paint / gel or dip with a design. I even told her when I was getting a pedicure that I had gel on. This is the worst nailPlace I’ve been to in 20 years. I will be paying for someone else to do them over this week since their so bad!! My nails were uneven and never cleaned underneath them I came with a male friend who got no polish on nails or toes , yet I was done before him and waited 20 mins for him to be done. If you can’t understand someone , then call someone else over who can explain it you.
