Friendly staff and able to accommodate walk-ins. Cindy, Sarah and Nancy took good care of my pedicure, manicure and eyebrow wax. Relaxing atmosphere with comfortable chairs and clean spaces. Nancy did a wonderful job with my custom ask for my Glaced dip/gel manicure. She went above and beyond to test and make sure I got exactly what I liked.

I love coming to Queens Nails. I’ve been coming here for years, but I really love it under the new ownership. Atmosphere is very laid back and inviting. My nails always come out so good! Pedicures are great with the massage chairs. I also get my eyebrows done and I’m never disappointed!! Thank you to the entire staff for pampering me when I need it!

Do not ever come here. Terrible, rude, and disrespectful. My friend went here today and asked her nail tech for an almond shaped full set with black French tips, and the nail tech insisted 3x it wouldn’t look nice (which is so rude) but my friend said if the tech could not handle the design, she’ll go else where; the tech then said “fine I can Do it.” During the process, my friend had to correct her nail tech MULTIPLE times on the almond shape, and at the end, they still got the black tips wrong. They then went to charge my friend $80!!! When the sign says $50 for the set. After they explained it’s because of the shape, my friend said she wasn’t even happy with the shape and they CLIPPED HER NAILS DOWN and this is AFTER!!! the whole salon started to yell at her for thinking she wasn’t going to pay (she just wanted her shape fixed). Customers started chiming in for my friend but all the nail techs were yelling and it was awful. 0/10 would never recommend such unprofessional service

This place met my expectations! It’s super clean and everyone is so nice. I got a dip manicure and it turned out beautiful. They also have great prices and lots of colors to choose from. This is definitely going to be my go to place.
