Jay and Kimmy do a great job and always fix any chips/breaks that occur from normal wear and tear between manicures. I’ve been to many nail salons in this area and this is by far the best!!! I’ve been with friends and they love it…The atmosphere is great, it’s clean and the service is outstanding. I always leave feeling great! Concerning appointments, I’ve made appointments and sometimes just walked in…they have always been honest with wait time and if they have time. Appointments always took priority.

Huge shout out to Kimmy and Jay- they did my daughter and my nails today! I’ve been to many nail salons and it is hard to find one that is consistently good. Queen Nail Spa has very nice people who start to know you by name when you have come a few times. They do beautiful nail art and are always ready to take on my crazy Pinterest ideas! Their pedicures are very indulgent at a reasonable price. The bast part is- they have been like this every time Ive come.

The staff were very polite and the salon was clean. My issue was that my gel manicure started peeling after only a week. It’s been two weeks and it looks so bad that I’m going to another salon to have it removed. Gel manicures that I’ve gotten at other salons typically last me 4-5 weeks, so to spend nearly $40 and have it peeling a week later was really disappointing.

Avoid Queen Nails. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks. Have tried Queen Nail the past 3 times, with scheduling an appointment. Never on time. Last time I waited over 30 min for a scheduled time. Today, I called to see how they were running with schedule. Was told 5-7 min wait after appt time. At 13 min after appt time, they wanted to sit me in a pedi chair. I asked how long before they start. Was told 5-7 min. (I think that is their standard response.) I told them I would wait until they were ready, because as we all know – they get you in the chair and then take even more time. After 5 minutes, they said they couldn’t see us. Very poor way to run a business. If you are not going to honor appointment times, don’t schedule them

SO AMAZING!!!!! I am always kind of scared to try new salons of course but this place is SO GOOD. They pedicure was one of the best I’ve had and my nails turned out SO CUTE!!!!! They really took their time and everyone was just so kind and lovely. Such a beautiful little shop with good vibes. 10/10 recommend and def found my new fav nail salon 🙂

I love Queen Nail Spa! I’ve known the owners for quite some time and although they are young and just opened this salon, I know they will be extremely successful as they are amazing at making clients feel welcome and at home. Their new salon has a beautiful fresh atmosphere and the staff is incredibly kind, they treat me like family! They really know their stuff, you will not regret visiting this salon!

Hands down the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. I stopped in today, Saturday before Mother’s Day, to treat myself and there was no wait at all. I had never been here before, but I will be coming back again most definitely! The gentleman I had took his time which is very hard to come by, at least for me I always get someone who rushes. Just so so good and the customer service was amazing! Please give them a try! 🙂

Just finished up with a full acrylic set by Leeann (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She was kind, quick and my nails are beautiful.
