Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my lash extensions done by Sumi. I was under the impression that she was doing professional individual lash extensions.She charged she $70 for a $25 job. It turns out all she did was glue partial lashes on to my lashes. As soon as I got home my lashes started falling out. I came back 2 days later and asked her to redo my lashes. She told me that my lashes are supposed to fall out and that’s normal What?!Also she over charged($40) me for an overlay set with no tips and polish.I would not recommend this place AT ALL if you do go here DO NOT GO TO SUMI!!If you want to get your lashes done, go to the lash studio two doors down, they’re great!!Edit: I will gladly come back and will expect a full refund for the $70 AND the $40. I went in today and no one said hi or asked what I wanted. I went to the restroom after a few seconds of standing at the counter. I then sat down to wait for service. Another person came in 10 minutes later and they asked her what she wanted and sat her 3 minutes later. They treated me as though I were nobody.

What a wonderful experience my mother and I had today. Everyone there is so kind, and I am not an easy person to please. We felt valued and they truly cared about how they did their work. My mom and I have been to surrounding nail bars and just the hospitality you get at a smaller salon is so much better! I 100% recommend them!! Nancy and Tom, the new owners, are just sweet as can be! We cannot wait to go back!

This was the worst nail experience I had in my life and I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years! I went for a regular pedicure. Wanted a basic pedicure, and the staff had a attitude because I didn’t upgrade from there $28 pedicure. They also kept trying to push me to get gel and continued to have a attitude when I decline the additional fees and services. They made me feel like I was a “cheap customer” because I didn’t spend what they wanted me to spend. They also rushed my pedicure and painted my toe nails horrible! I had to ask for them to take the color off and just do clear white. Stay far away from this place to many other salons in the area, these people just want you to empty out your pockets on them.

They greeted me right away and offered me something to drink. Nancy was fantastic. That was one of the best foot massages I have had in a long time. I was overdue for a manicure and pedicure. She took her time and removed all the dead skin from my feet. This was better than the body massage I had last week. Thank you Nancy for making me feel like I was in a spa.
