It was ok. I haven’t had a mani or pedi in a long time. Aside from picking out a color, I wasn’t directed on what what was available to me. Eg massage chair, how long to stay at dryer or when to get off dryer. I smudged 2 and they repainted the small area. But my nails turned out beautiful and at the end of the day that’s all that matters.

Rachel and her team always do a great job on my nails. If you’re tired of gel nail polisg colors and you want to try something a bit different ask Rachel about her color changing polishes. This visit I had a pedicure which Van did. Van listened to me and took my requests into consideration. He also got the roughness off my incredibly calloused heals.

The lady was not friendly who did my pedicure. After drying my toes I went to put my sock on and had a whole bunch of flaky dead skin still on my heal. I had to go home, soak my feet and fix it. Not happy. My friend had the guy there and he did a great job, she was totally satisfied.

Friendly service. Just didn’t get too much conversation, no hello. The people who were getting serviced in the shop said hello and helped me get seated, aha. I enjoyed my service though! A nice place to go for a quick clean up. Just a bit pricey-r than I am used too for a simple pedicure service.

I wanted the gel polish taken off and just regular polish on. The tech insisted on putting a clear gel on 1st coat, then polish. So the color didn’t last 2 days and now I have the gel which is cracking everywhere growing out!!!!
