Had my first experience with the nail tech named The Janitor! Excellent service! After 20 plus years of having acrylic square nails I decided to try something different with this company that I googled searched. I found a picture online and showed it to him. Thinking I was going to have my acrylic nails removed to use the dip powder, I was nervous. The Janitor decided to try and make it easier for me and simply drilled down my acrylics without damaging my nail bed. He was successful and they came out beautifully with the exact ombré color I wanted and changing the shape to the coffin style. I am so pleased with my nails and the connection I made with him that I will definitely be back and hope to become a new regular customer! Check in service was easy and everyone was pleasant from the moment I walked in. As a walk in, the wait time was reasonable. A short wait for excellent service is not bad at all. It’s worth it! Thanks again for 10/10 service!

Just so we can get this clear… I’m a dude(not one that gets his nails did). But being a happily married man, I have arranged a visit or two to this establishment and supported their art of phalangetical decorating. My wife always comes out pleased and on the occasion our youngest daughter has accompanied her for a mommy/daughter event, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our oldest daughter works in a field that is tough on her nails, but these folks never back down from a challenge. They welcome her in with broken nails and send her out with crisp clean nails.

Tom is amazing!! He is very particular about his work and finished product. I normally see Tom for my hails but had to use Danny once for Pedicure when Tom was away. $100 for the most underwhelming experience. Both the Mani and Pedi were rough and rushed. The massage chair was painful and the upgraded spa Pedi was nothing more than a hot towel and a slap of lotion. I had asked for natural buffed nails (no polish allowed at work) and they didn’t even have a buffer. I’ve had better manicures in airports.
