If you’re looking for a consistently excellent nail salon in the Roswell/Alpharetta area you’ve found it. I’ve been going to Queen Nail Spa for a few months and by far they are my all time favorite and I won’t go anywhere else now. Everyone is friendly, polite, professional, and the work is consistently amazing no matter who does the mani/ or pedi. They gave me great advice and helped me choose the right kind of manicure and polish for my needs (I deal with weak nails that break easily). I took my sister to get a manicure here while she was visiting from New Orleans and she said it was probably the best manicure she’s ever had.

In an effort to keep neater nails, I started getting gel manicures last summer. I’ve tried 6 different salons in that time and was always disappointed with either globby, bumpy finishes, or chipped gel polish after 3 days that broke my nails with it. I would go the same place numerous times in the hopes it would improve, but I was starting to think I’d never find a place i could trust!

This salon does not have color acrylic powder, so be aware of that before setting an appointment. The service I received was mediocre at best. Some nails are crooked, misshaped and none of them are even. The prices were decent. I was most impressed by the customer service, they were very nice and created a very welcoming environment. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

I have been to this nail salon twice and both time i had great experience there! They put so much care into their customers. Harry did my nails and he was amazing, They don’t rush the procedure. I would highly highly recommend this place if you want consistent good service.

My mom and I got manicures today from Sonyita and Philip and LOVED it. They did a great job, very detail oriented, and kind. They helped us pick colors, explain SNS process, and did a great job shaping & painting nails. A++ experience, we will be back!!

I wish I had asked the name of the empolyee who did my manicure because she did such a great job. All I wanted were my nails filed and the skin around them filed as well; and then with some clear polish, and she did an amazing job. My own job is very hands-on, and combined with the winter, my fingers’ skin get so dry and flakey with chipped nails to the point I hide them. But now they look neat and clean! Thank you so much for fixing my nails and skin on my fingers! I feel normal again!
