Same price but worse service comparatively. Loved going here for years, Wendy is the best for pedicures!! But the older gentleman will tell you he can do things then can’t. Also is just really bad at pedicures, left paint all over my toes and never cut them or shaped them. I know the prices because I go there regularly and he up-charged me and when I asked why he just kept telling me the price. Pretty sure it was a race thing because he insinuated that I couldn’t pay for the service. It just was really uncomfortable and didn’t produce decent results.

Literally the nastiest attitudes ever. I literally went in about 40 minutes ago, they had two people being serviced. The lady sitting in the second chair on the looked at me and didn’t even speak. They still had an hour until closing, yet she looked at the time and rolled her eyes. I was immediately turned off but I really needed a pedicure for my trip that I am taking tomorrow. So I took a sit in the waiting area. 5 min later she asked me what I was getting, although I wanted a pedicure her nasty attitude turned me off so I asked for a polish change, since that quicker and clearly she doesn’t feel like working. She then looks at my toes rolls her eyes AGAIN and told me to pick a color (With a nasty tone) I decided to leave because 1- why would I spend my money where it’s clearly not wanted and 2 I don’t want someone with an attitude about DOING THEIR JOB servicing me. Customer service is important, people don’t have to patronize you and if you had no customers- which honestly it looks like they don’t get that many- you don’t make money. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. They had no regard for my time or presence and completely dismissed my inquiries about how long it would take to get my nails done. I walked out after waiting 2 hours when there were barely any customers and will never return here

I frequented this nail salon years ago. New owners now. My sister had had nails done here, and the gentleman who did her nails did an excellent job. I decided to give it a go because my sister’s nails were super cute. I came because of this on a busy Saturday. The lady who did my nails rushed, gave me oddly shaped oval nails, and got upset when I told her that I wasn’t satisfied. Never again.

the eyelash service is horrible, there is no quality, there is no hygiene. They put horrible eyelashes on me with a super bad glue, my eye was getting irritated, tearing and the eyelid drooped. horrible job

I love Queen Nail! I go here for years already, they do my feet and nails excellent. The Staff has good customer service, they take care very goodly. If you have any problems with the staff, just tell the manager politely. Jimmy and Tina are my favorite. They are very generous. They take time to care for you. They don’t rush like other Salons. I highly recommend this place. The Price is average. I give 5 stars! ❤️

I went to get my nails done last weekend and this is the worst experience I have ever had in my life not only are my nails completely ruined but I paid a ton of money to get them done all of my nails are lifting , cracked , broken & just ugly looking and to make matters worse as I was getting my nails done the nail tech had the nerve to tell me that she didn’t want to do my nails anymore because she was tired and I also received several cuts from the machine and she told me that she couldn’t stop cutting me because that was the only way that she knew how to do nails so of course we got into an argument. I waited over three hours at this nail salon never again will I return and you shouldn’t either.
