Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey did not listen. I wish I could give a negative stars. The lady that did my nails had no idea how to use acrylic powder. When it was time to to cut the nails to size they used baby scissors. She had no care for the feeling in my hands and was cutting my finger till I yelled ouch. Then they filled my nails all to different sizes. I am very dissatisfied with what I got but glad it was very cheap and did not have to pay expensive for quality that I did not care for at all left my nails and skin very dry.They did not listen. They did not listen. I wish I could give a negative stars. The lady that did my nails had no idea how to use acrylic powder. When it was time to to cut the nails to size they used baby scissors. If I could gove 0 stars I absolutely would. The neil tech did a terrible job. He cut my 14 year old 3 times and then proceeded to glue her cuts closed. He also glued over her eczema that she has on her knuckle. He did. Not wear gloves and her nails look like a 5 year old did them. Praying that she doesn’t end up with a horrible infection. Whe. She asked him to stop he scoffed at her and continued gluing her bleeding hands closed!! Please do not go here.

Very wonderful service! Absolutely loved having my manicure done and even got a pedicure which was amazing. The nail tech, not sure what her name is, but she was absolutely engaging, making sure the whole experience was enjoyable for me. Honestly I don’t really have much good to say this place use to be wonderful the only place I would go to get my nails done but now this seems to be my last pick had man do my nails seems like he would be falling asleep while doing my nails he is so rough and is always hitting your skin with drill and he goes so quick that he is hitting your nail on accident honestly if I was to go back I wouldn’t want anybody to do

I had a pedicure here today. The staff was friendly and the service was fast, even though they had a steady flow of customers I only waited about 10 minutes. My toes looked great when done but probably could have used another coat of clear polish because the glitter is catching on my socks. I did it later tonight. If you are going for summer time decorations painted on your toes, not sure this is the place for complicated designs for the cuteness in flip flops.

Definitely not as good as expected. Went to have a set removed and a new set put on. The whole time he was rough. He ended up doing whatever color scheme he wanted resulting in an ugly mess. Was trying to be nice and leave a tip but now I’m regretting it. When I asked for my nails shorter he said for the design they would be too short so now I have extremely long nails that look like a piñata threw up on them. My advice. Be patient and wait for your normal to have an opening because I definitely won’t be back.

Went in yesterday (April 28, 2022) with my little sister to get her nails done for prom, we get in and get our pedicures. They were very nice and easy with our feet but never asked what type of pedicure we want, next we go to get our nails done I get sat with Roger. Not 100% if that man is okay but definitely didn’t seem like it. He dug into my nails, made my cuticles bleed multiple times, made the nails super thick, didn’t cut them the shape or length I wanted, spelt 15 minutes working on just 1 nail because he kept messing it up, made the nails to where they stick up instead of laying flat. I spent 3 hours there because of this man and still had to fix it myself when I went home. NEVER and I mean NEVER will we be back. Spent $150 on something I could’ve done at home. I’m 20 years old and I don’t complain much but wow. Do not recommend this place at all.
