Critical: ProfessionalismCalled to verify availability for a beard trim @ 4:00pm was told I would not need a appointment. Showed up at 3:50 and there was 3 people in the shop. There were-two barbers working. The barber finished the person he was working on and call the next person. I stated that I was here for a a beard trim . He stated it would be 40- 45 minutes. I stated I called earlier today and was told to come in and I would not need a appt. The one barber stared you did not talk to me and the other stated I did not understand what I was told. Don’t come without an appointment. Was told over the phone they had time for walk in’s, ended up sitting for an hour as people with appointments kept filtering in and out. With no one at a front desk, another person and I just ended up walking out.

Simply the best in the valley. Loved my barber. She was friendly, fun and VERY talented. I will DEFINITELY GO BACK! They do very professional work in a laid back environment.
