The worst customer service. The staff is so rude. I made reservations twice via phone for waxing services and the first they made me wait 30 minutes and the second time when it was my turn, they let someone else go before me. When corrected, the worker acted surprised for the service I requested! I reserved by the phone! How rude! If I can post 0 stars, I would!

They are amazing for waxing. I already have acrylic nails on. I went in for a simple nail polish, he files my nails so thin that this morning 1 broke off. I’ll continue getting my eyebrows done there but never again for nails. They couldn’t do any design, I settled with a dark purple color, even that he screwed up. I’m not happy. Nail art

They don’t strive for quality work. You go into a nail salon to relax and enjoy the experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. She rushed to get my nails done and cut me up. My nails were uneven and smudged. Refused to fix them because they were running behind on appointments. She told me to come back the next day to fix them.
