I literally complained to the lady the whole time she did my nails and she kept saying I know I know. $75 for acrylics I’m going to take off and get done somewhere who listens to their clients. Their suppose to be coffin and she kept filing them shorter and squared…& their facing up like literally

Me and my sister went to queens bee last week, their service was okay. We got gel manicure and pedicure we were charged $15 extra for getting gel color which is ridiculous. We still paid!! Couple days later our nails cracked, got dirty and the color started changing before it even hits a week. When I called to explain the situation, all she had to offer is either add another coat on top or give 20% off of the original gel manicure service. Which doesn’t make sense because I already paid, and I ended up not getting what I paid for. Never going back again, would not recommend!!!

I came here on a whim and decided to ignore the bad reviews. My best friend went a few days before and loved them. I got a design with 3 colors, the design looked sloppy and my nails in general looked like they needed a refill already. I’m 8 months pregnant so I didn’t want to sit much longer. I’m on day 5 of my acrylic full set I paid $68 + tip and the nails are popping off with no effort. My friend’s nails are also cracking and breaking. Don’t go here! Trust me!

the person who attended me was very kind but does not know how to shape nails or apply gel polish! My nails were deformed and with the bulging polish everywhere! I dindt like it at all! Gel manicures

I’ve been coming to the salon for about a year now. After working with a few of the staff I found I really enjoyed working with Luca. I normally get a permanent pink and white gel fill because I am generally rough with my hands and they stand the test of time. I have never had any complaints. Their staff has been accommodating and I enjoy knowing I’ve had consistent service over the past year…. I also know my nails are done to my standard. I highly recommend giving them a try and be sure to communicate with your Tec as they are very accommodating and if your request is beyond their personal scope, they will sit you with a Tec to give your the best outcome.

I have been going to this place for a while now but the last two times my gel nails did not even last for a week. They chip of completely. This is disappointing. Do not expect such service. Not worth the price.

Honestly such an awful experience….we waited 40 minutes for the service (which was a gel pedicure for a friend and I) the tech used the drill at a speed that left me in so pain. I was crying in the seat for a majority of the service, I begged her to slow it down but she shrugged at my request. I genuinely have never had a worse experience. It only continued to be terrible. Then she used a drill from the tech beside her who was working on my friend. That drill was NOT cleaned as it had just been used on my friend. She did the same with the hot stones….used them on me right after the tech beside her used the stones on my friend. $43 for a horrible experience. WILL NEVER COME BACK. Feel bad that I even had to write this bc in the past they’ve been good…

This is a horrible business. I have been in multiple times to give them multiple chances and they just don’t succeed. Every time, they have messed up on my nails. One of the women nail techs I had cut my fingers by filing my skin TWICE, my fingers bled and all she did was just laugh at it and apologize but definitely was not sincere. Not sure how this place even passes the NJ law regulations.

I got my nails done on Friday. By Saturday, one had already chipped. I went in Monday to have it repainted. Today is Tuesday, and another nail has already chipped. I’ve never had this problem with a gel manicure before. So disappointed I wasted my money. Gel manicures
