Will never go here again. Pedicure was great but wanted a mani as well. They gave me a girl who blatantly told me she avoids this manicure because she hates the mess. She’s never done it before. She proceeds to just layer the scrub on my arms and directly wipes it off. No scrubbing, nothing. She barely shaped my nails then took off to help someone else. I couldn’t wait anymore so I told them I needed to leave. They made me pay $20 for literally less than what I do to myself. I will make sure everyone knows how they treat people here. The guy said I had to pay $25 cause it was the $35 mani. They were arguing in their own language.

Facial services are very odd, got cold products and paper towels for clean up and ONE very hot towel at the end. Also the person doing it was repeatedly on their phone to put horrible music on and DID NOT wash her hands after handling it and repeatedly did a slapping, hitting technique that verged on hurting
