I’m very new to the area and decided to try this nail salon. I called and made an appt for dip and pedi. Everyone was super friendly! Told me restaurants and things to do. Monica gave me a great pedi! Mari Carmen did my dip nails. Mari listened to how I like my nails to look and did exactly as I asked. I was offered margaritas and mimosas. Called this place @ 710 because I saw they closed @ 8 and wanted to make sure they’d see me. Lady answered, said sure. I get there in about 5 mins bc I live across the street, and there’s 2 girls and the one sitting on a chair, attending no customer, says nope come tomorrow! Wth?? And the nail stylist has the nerve to say to me, “call tomorrow! ” For what?! So you can tell me “just kidding” when I get there? Nah.

I had a not so hot experience with a set that didn’t last, but I let the owner Mari know and she offered for me to come in and get them fixed no questions asked, and did a fabulous job. It’s evident she really cares about her clients and making sure they’re happy. The salon is also adorable on the inside, with a little mini bar for drinks and everything is very clean! My mom and I went here because she liked the service from the owner the last time she visited. She had scheduled appointments for us and wanted the same girl to do her nails but she gave us to someone else. Very nice girls but the one I had was not experienced. My nails were shaped terribly and the shellac was not set correctly and looked very messy. Although the girls were nice, we won’t go back. I had to go to another nail salon to fix my manicure.
