My teenage daughter was placed in the hospital and had to undergo emergency surgery. If she would not have received this surgery she would have died. I was able to provide proof of the emergency surgery and I kept Queen B up to date as I knew what was happening. She REFUSED to refund my appointment which took $300 away from family. She said she was within her right because of her cancellation policy, this lady expected me to go to my sugar appointment over saving my daughters life. I understand having cancellation policies, but really?? Your childs life is in in danger and she has ZERO compassion or decency.
