Amanda has been hard to deal with from the very beginning and I gave her many chances but she was very argumentative every time I went in to see her. Also Had a pedicure and Amanda cut my skin so bad it bled for hours & she argues with her customers. I was a regular customer of hers and came every two weeks for months to get my nails done but every time I was there she would argue that she was right about everything we spoke about. Definitely not good customer service. Then a couple of days ago I made a nail appointment for a full set a full 24hrs in advance and Amanda didn’t contact me until the very next morning about all the design extras and extra charges and she is now arguing with me the next day that she may not have enough time to finish my nails. What is the point of making an appointment if you cannot grant the service. I would look elsewhere for nails and pedicures. She isn’t professional and anyone new going to her you better watch out because she always tacks on extra fee’s..
