Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to Mrs. Linda for years now and will not frequent another salon. She’s always prompt, professional, and personable. I came in for my first blowout since COVID and she revived my dry hair. Initially, my hair felt like straw but her hair treatments go above and beyond your traditional salon and my hair looked flawless after my visit today. She genuinely wants to get your hair to its healthiest state. I’ve been going to Mrs. Linda for years now and will not frequent another salon. She’s always prompt, professional, and personable. I came in for my first blowout since COVID and she revived my dry hair. Initially, my hair felt like straw but her hair treatments go above and beyond your traditional salon and my hair looked flawless after my visit today. She genuinely wants to get your hair to its healthiest state. I would recommend her shop to anyone.

Critical: QualityHair turned out orange, curls reversed and did not hold for 0ne hour without pin curling the hair. The cost was too pricey.($110). Since she had no internet service it was problematic trying to pay her by Cash App she got impatient and untrusting and insisted that that I follow her to the ATM machine which I did but while sitting at the light, I was able to effect the payment to her through Cash app. No trust in elderly,, disabled client in addition to poor hair coloring and curling. She offered me to comeback right away but my schedule would not permit me to neither could she redo the hair color the next day before 3pm. I was the only customer from 1:00 pm til 5:00 pm. The salon was nice and clean. .
