I called and was able to get in first when they open. Maggie braided my hair very sweet. She didn’t take long and my hair is so beautiful. I got medium braids to midback with purple. Triangle parts. $180. I recommend. I will be back for but length braids.

First time at Queen B African Hair Braiding. I called Friday afternoon to see if I could be seen Saturday and the owner was able to fit me in at 1pm. Arrived at 1pm and within the hour my braider had finished with the person she was working on and was able to attend to me. I decided on waist length box braids with triangle parts. I took pics throughout the process and was excited with how my hair was coming along. Gloria was quick, efficient and neat. She never kept me waiting for long. I sat for 5 hours and my head doesn’t feel sore. Gloria is diligent about her work even while she was finishing up with the person before me she didnt rush through her work. I was the last person she saw today and even towards the end she took her time and even slicked my edges for me. I’m very happy with my hair and with my experience at this shop. I will definitely ask for Gloria in the future.

The ladies were positive and professional. I felt welcomed upon my entrance. I am tender headed and my braid was informed of this. Usually my scalp is extremely sore with in the first few hours, but this is very mild compared to other braid shops I have patronage. I will most definitely be back. I love my hair!

I got some faux locs a few weeks ago, absolutely loved them till the back of my neck broke out in a terrible rash and got all bumpy. The itching was unbearable so I took them out and more than a handful of my hair fell out when I took a shower. I was in tears, my husband was shocked. I went in with a head full of hair and now I had to shave it all off (what was left) because my hair was so thin and in different lengths I will not be returning here.
