Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love this nail salon! All the women who work here are so efficient and incredibly sweet. I have tried so many different fancy nail salons in the city, but this is the one I always end up coming back to. They always do any design I ask for and they never make me feel like I’m asking too much. The prices here are also great, especially here in Seattle. Make sure if you book an appointment for nail art, you ask if the girl who does nail art is working that day. She did this design and honestly I’ve never been so impressed, she’s a true artist! They also offer punch cards which is great if you frequent salons. 10/10 recommend this cute little salon to anyone looking for quality designs at a fair price and likes supporting small businesses.Services: Foot massages, Pedicure, Manicure, Nail art, Gel manicures, Acrylic nailsI love this nail salon! This was my second time going here for an acrylic fill. And it was much better than my first time! The first time I felt rushed and my acrylic was thick, bulky, and not smooth.

First time here. I was a little disappointed at first as they did not begin working on me until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

Nice selection of colors. They do accept appointments but beware— they double book clients and you may still have to wait. Everyone was mostly friendly and the prices are fair. This is one week after a dip manicure.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came in with some friends to get manicures and was so excited to finally get a nice manicure as I never do. I wanted to get gel but needed some tips as my nails are fragile and they break. They recommended dip, so I accepted. My nail technician started gluing the tips and filing down my nails. She filed my nails so hard that I started to feel rawness and pain on the skin of the side of my fingers. I thought maybe this is normal so I just kept quiet. She kept doing it as I winced, and next thing I know, the file has cut down pretty deep into the side of my finger. I started bleeding and she grabbed another file and kept doing it! She only stopped when there was blood on the file, and then she said sorry to me. I felt bad so I said it was fine, but it was painful. She did it to another finger as well, so I tried to flinch more this time to let her know. She did seem very apologetic and avoided the area during my appointment but it was in the worst spot. She also almost caused my nail beds to bleed with the electric filer. Initially I was like okay this is fine, as long as this looks good and I needed it for a wedding this weekend. I paid $50 and tipped almost 15% to be courteous. After I left, I kept looking at it and realized the color was darker than I thought and the nails look really lumpy and uneven in length and texture. I tried to ignore it, but honestly after three issues with my hands getting cut, and looking up the normal price for a dip, I feel like I should’ve asked for a major discount or a full refund. I feel like the technician was nice, but it was a painful, slightly disappointing experience. I am going to email as well.Service: Dip powderI came in with some friends to get manicures and was so excited to finally get a nice manicure as I never do. This place is just the most unwelcoming nail salon to ever exist. Everyone that works there talks about you in their language and it’s so obvious it’s about you because whenever you request something done a certain way they all look at you while that one person doing you starts saying some stuff. I have been there a few times just because it’s close to my house. I will never STEP FOOT AGAIN!!!! The last time I was there they glued the extension on my nails all wrong and the powder dip didn’t look great at all in the end. I also got a pedicure and they barely scrubbed it the way it’s supposed to be and didn’t feel soft like it should. All in all this place has a terrible management system and everyone that works there have serious problems about talking about people getting service there. There are so many luxurious places that could take you in for the same price. Also when they charge you it’s always different every time and when you ask them to break it down they just simply shut you off and make you seem crazy for asking! It’s so sad it the most convenient place but heck no I would pay triple wherever but there!!!!!!

I’ve been going to this place since they opened. It always depends on the ladies’ humor if they take the unscheduled customers or not. I’ve seen several times how they deny the service because they might want to leave early… who knows. Last night it was my turn when I went in and asked if they could take me for a pedicure at 5:50 pm. I perfectly know they close around 7ish, sometimes 6:30pm. I could tell how they asked one another and it seems like they didn’t feel like it. They ended up saying “I’m sorry. We’re about to close soon”. Also, they have overcharged me for the same service a few times. Sad case they’re perfectly and conveniently located.

The best nail salon in Seattle! The girls are so kind and work gently but thorough. They have an excellent range of colors in shellac, dip and regular polish. They provide a shoulder massage with the manicures and a lovely hand mask with hot towels. All pedicures have a hot stone massage and hot towel service as well. They play the most calming spa music. This salon is the only salon where I can truly relax without feeling rushed. I would highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality and peaceful relaxation.

As many other reviews state, I made an appointment for this salon at 4 pm. Arrived at 4 and stood at reception and was never once greeted. I watched multiple other customers walk in and stand for at least a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged that they were there. By 4:30 I asked when they would be starting my service. Considering they did not look close to being done with any of the customers in chairs. They said 10 min. 4;40 rolls around and still nothing. I ended up just waking out as did at least 3 other customers.

I went in for an acrylic fill w/french manicure, nothing fancy. On their website it says ” Fill w/ French Manicure 35+”, they charged me 55$. So they are not honest about their prices apparently. I showed the women a picture of what I wanted and she agreed that she could do it, but then did not. For me this is a place that doesn’t honor a good paying client. I would not recommend this place, unless you want to get ripped off and not get what you want, even w/ a photo of exactly what you want. This place is super disappointing.
