I’ve had several horrible experiences here with both the admins and laser hair removal staff. I pre-purchased a package of hair removal sessions. I was severely burned during two separate appointments, at another session the machine broke and I waited two hours while they unsuccessfully attempted to fix it, I left and they charged me for a no-show. Worse of all during one session the tech leaned in and whispered to me “you smell so good.” So Gross! Spend your money elsewhere.

So I asked her, what do you mean because I was never tested for my skin here yet. She said that they didn’t treat my type of skin tone because it’s too dark. I said, do you mean African American skin and she said yes. She said, you’re skin will only be eligible for electrolysis.
