Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy initial and last appointment was unforgettable, pure torture. My appointment was scheduled for 0900, I had to call the stylist stating to remind her of my appointment. She did not arrive to salon until after 10:50. My braids were so tight I could not smile, move my head or any braid on my head due to extreme pain (10/10, no lie). I informed her during the braiding that the braids were way to tight ( she told me the braids were not tight). Hello, my head and brains were in danger. Both stylist worked on my head and were raking and pulling on the braids causing so much pain. I asked for shoulder length braids, on completion they were down my back. I had to start removing the braids with 30 minutes of having them place. I just decided out of the blue that I wanted my hair braided. I called and the stylist said I could come right then. Soon as I got there she started my hair. It took less then 3 hours for some small lemonade braids extra long length.My hair looks real good and I have received several compliments. The price was good and reasonable compared to other shops in the area. The ladies were real nice and I will definitely be back real soon.
