Thank you for the great service! Salon was full so make sure you get your appointment booked. I’d say it’s quality and even I pay more and not near around my area, I’d rather have do my nails since I know for sure it would last long. Till my next appointment!

Had been at this place 2 times. First time it was a very pleasant experience. Second time I called and scheduled an appointment in advance, just to come in and be treated like an ‘extra’ unexpected customer. Place was overbooked. So ended up having a harsh up manicure, done by random technician, while waiting for one of pedicure spots to open. Yes, there are very hard working people, but it is disappointing to see your very basic manicure to start peeling off on the second day. Also, it is very strange to see salon is not using base coat, or top coat on basic pedicure. Yes, all very basic and poorly done.

I have been going to Queen A Nail Spa for many years and have always had amazing service and quality. Amanda and Leo are absolutely amazing with all nail art. I come to them with crazy ideas and they so their best to achieve what I want! I’ve done numerous photoshoots and always get many compliments on how great my nails look! I booked an appointment and one of the Spanish Ladies did my pedicure she was rude and was rushing me at all time. Idk if she felt good bc she kept coughing, I asked her but she was constantly giving me attitude. I don’t like how my pedicure looks like. For my manicure it was her friend , she did my gel manicure. I don’t think she had experience enough my nails looks so think and not done properly and spending all that money its no worth at all. She used the used equipment which was very unhygienic. I will never come back again very disappointed with it

I came to this place simply because I was in the area and other places did not have availability at the time. Well I am glad it worked out that way because they are great. Be prepared to wear a mask and use disinfectant gel at the door to cleanse your hands. Gloria did my nails and pedicure. I spent a little over 2 hours there, but worth every minute. Gloria frequently revised her work, aiming for perfection. They even have a stand on each nail station for customers to place their phones! I am very pleased with the end result and will definitely be back in a couple of weeks. Highly recommend.

I went to to this nail salon 2 weeks ago. I loved the way my nails came out and was so happy that i finally found a nail salon that did my nails the way I like them. I called today for a fill in appointment and in order for me to do the powder gel and fill in i need to take off all my new tips off and start over!!?? Why?? my tips are still perfect. I spent 61.00 dollars for tips and powder gel plus 10.00 tip, why would i have to pay for new tips when i have them on already?!? So dissapointed. Will not be going there again.

I really liked this place. I’ve gotten powder gel extensions here and they were nice and lasted a month with no chips and still kept their gloss. Their gel manicures and pedicures were also great and lasted a long time. The prices weren’t that high especially considering the quality but I am unfortunately reconsidering returning because of a few things.

I had a terrible experience today. I went for nail extensions with gel colour and I went out with some plastic nails with glue and with dipped powder. The manager tried to CHOOSE my color instead of me. I told that I want the “plastic nails” shorter than she made it and the woman who was taking care of me said that this is good and enough. I wasn’t satisfied AT ALL with my manicure so I didn’t wanted to leave a tip, but however I left $4. The woman who was taking care of my manicure called her manager and they was asking me what the h*ll is this number and continued to talk about the customers (including me) in their native language, as it was the whole time. The price for this service was higher than it should be, mostly because I could buy the same plastic nails from the store and make them by myself, better for sure! They did not care what shape, size and colour I wanted to do. Terrible experience, super rude attitude. Never again.
