Serena is the best! She does a beautiful job on my hair and is pleasant to talk to. The shop is clean and neat. I found Que’ Bella about a year ago, when businesses were still somewhat restricted due to the pandemic. I was very impressed with the shop’s COVID prevention protocols. It was by appointment only, only one person was scheduled in the shop at a time, and clients’ temperatures were taken before entry. Since that time, I’ve found that Serena brings the same level of professionalism to everything she does. I love this shop!

My son (15) has a longer hair style, and is very happy with Serena’s work. My daughter (12) just had her hair dyed with pink highlights. She and Serena collaborated on a perfect color match and style, She will be the envy of the other seventh graders. My other daughter (9) worked with Serena for the perfect hair style for her age and finally my wife always gets her best haircut there. The owner is a very caring, kind person who takes great pride in her work. You would do well to use this business for all your hair needs

I just received one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had from Sarena at Que Bella Hair Salon in Lansdowne. This was my first visit & she made me feel so welcome. We discussed what I wanted done with my hair and what I really appreciated about her was that she actually listened to me. I love my haircut! The salon was warm & cozy & very clean. I was recommended Que’bella Hair Salon from my father, who had been going there for years, and have been incredibly happy with my visits there. Serena is excellent at her job, and she takes equally great measures to ensure her customer’s safety during COVID. The place is always very clean, and Serena takes her time to prepare and clean between customers. In a tough era where not everyone is taking the pandemic seriously enough, I always feel safe coming here, and I know Serena will do an excellent job. Book an appointment there! She’s one of the absolute best, and a very fun and nice person to talk to!

Sarena is amazing! I presented her with an extremely short and multi styled just, awful cut. One side was not the same as the other, the front was not the same as the back.
