I went for the 1st time on my birthday (10/11) to treat myself and was in desperate need of a pedicure mostly. The woman who took care of my feet did a really good job! My feet were super soft and she painted my toes super neat. The woman who did my nails was very good at what she did. She did halloween themed nails for me, all she had to do was look up a picture and she did exactly what I asked for.

My nail tech didn’t have a name tag so I can’t tell you who not to go to. It was BAD. She kept making snide/sassy comments. You could tell she didn’t want to be there doing my nails. Hurried it along, rushing. Told me she was glad I wasn’t adding a tip to the nail. Made fun of my color choice. Filed my nails so short to the point they hurt. I don’t even need to explain the pictures are all you need! I’m sure not all techs are like this but I’d definitely never go back. I had such high hopes for this place.

I love coming here! I’ve been here 4 or 5 times now and each once of my nail techs have been awesome. Haven’t had a bad set yet and the dip set is under $50. Affordable, fast, and quality nails coming out of here.

I don’t really like to leave bad reviews on any business but I really have to say I’m disappointed on this place. I went in to get my nails done for my wedding and I had asked for a specific natural pink and showed a picture for my nails and ended up getting bubble gum pink. It was closing time so I didn’t want to hold back anyone and decided to return back the next day. I called on the phone and told them I wanted it fixed and that I’d just go with a French tip to simplify things and they said it was okay that I wasn’t going to pay. When I went in I got the same tech to fix it and she was mad saying I had acrylics and I kept assuring her I didn’t and I knew it cause I saw her apply dip. She said another tech told her and I asked why she didn’t check with me about what I wanted for sure instead of asking someone else and possibly getting confused and even charging me another price for something I didn’t ask for. She kept arguing with me the entire time and took off the dip and wanted to recharge me $15 for the color change and $60 to reapply the dip. I had paid $90 the day before and all I wanted was the color change. She verbalized that she ended up leaving me with shellac which was not what I asked for. It was very unprofessional and I decided to speak with the manager and when they brought the tech up, she said she never told me anything she had said while she worked on my nails and all they could excuse from their end was that she didn’t know how to explain herself clearly and that I still had dip but

I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I’m kind of mad now. I have a formal event coming up and wanted to get a manicure with dip powder. I have never had dip powder done before so I didn’t question what she was doing…till it was too late she immediately started the dip but I received no manicure what so ever. It’s been 2 days and even though the dip looks clean and well done, my cuticles and actual hands look awful. I paid $55 with a tip for pretty much 2 week polish.

Critical: QualityI went to this salon for the first time and really disliked my nails. I payed for a french tip manicure ended up paying 75$ for the nails. Two days past and they started lifting and It’s been two weeks and they’re coming off already, I feel like they didn’t seal my nail. The french tip was bumpy, it was not worth 75$.Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

I had an 1130 appointment. I walked in and the manager Ben came over to me saying hello we have ready for you and your guest chairs ready for you. His cell phone kept ringing and he was calling people to see if they were coming in. We waited and waited and waited. At 1142. I finally told Ben, “we had an 1130 appointment, it’s 1142”. He said I know I’m sorry 6 people called in this morning and it’s been really busy with the holiday. Which is fine and understandable. But I would have preferred when I walked in for him to be honest with me and tell me they are under staffed and running behind. I would have asked how long and he would have said an hour, and I would have decided today wasn’t the best day to be sitting in a nail salon for three plus hours with a 14 month old (my sitter fell through). On top of all of that disappointment. My guest and I were given the worst manis and pedis EVER. (I will never go back). Nails look like my 10 year old daughter painted them. My cousin had to ask if they were going to clip her cuticles (even though she paid for the lavender service). My mom had to ask for them to push her cuticles back and remove the dead skin from her feet. My cousins mail artist also tried to get away without taking off all of her previous gel. Just short cut after short cut!!!! Poor customer service and over service all around 1/10 DO NOT recommend.

Critical: Quality, ValueWent to this place because the reviews seamed okay. I feel because I’m a man they didn’t want me to have colored toes it wasn’t offered even though the packages said it comes with polish, my nails look kinda bad I’ve definitely had better. They barely scrubbed my feet for like 30 seconds before calling it good. The experience was off-putting and uncomfortable and for someone who needed a self care day this is not the place to be on that list. Won’t be back.Services: Foot massages, Pedicure, ManicureWent to this place because the reviews seamed okay. I came in for a gel polish change. The “manager” went straight for the drill. When I asked him not to use the drill as it damages my nails, he took one look at me and said in a disgruntled voice “well how do you want me to take it off then?” I asked that he soak off my nails as that’s why my typical nail lady does. There is no reason at all for using a drill to remove polish. That must have made him mad that he punted me off to someone else. She filed one of my nails so much that it now looks uneven. The polish is also bubbly. I came in with almond shaped nails and left with bubbly uneven nails. The icing on the cake was that this was a $30 disaster. I could have gotten an entire manicure for $30 but instead paid the same amount for uneven nails. I definitely won’t be coming back.
