Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI took my daughter and I to get our nails done today for her birthday she loved it. We thought her nail design was too difficult and was prepared to go a different way but they PULLED IT OFF!!! My nails are different then I usually do and I am so in love with them. We will be regulars for sure! This is THE place to go to treat your self. The staff is friendly and amazing. I took my daughter and I to get our nails done today for her birthday she loved it. We thought her nail design was too difficult and was prepared to go a different way but they PULLED IT OFF!!! My nails are different then I usually do and I am so in love with them. We will be regulars for sure! This is THE place to go to treat your self. The staff is friendly and amazing. I’m really disappointed, I have been doing dip powder for so long , in different places and unfortunately this one was the worst one. After not even two weeks- 10 days my nails began to break, shape is not as expected, really bad cuticles by the nail. Not gonna come back.

Beware-they are not sanitary or careful. The nail tech cut deep underneath my nail bed until it was a deep, bleeding opening. When I brought it up they said it was my fault for having dry hands and told me to out neospirin on the cut. I asked for clean nail clippers and not only did they refuse they rushed me out in 15 minutes after cutting me bleeding.

Saturday September 17 I went in for a gel manicure and I have been having so much pain on one of my nails, the nail tech who did my nails I guess cut too much around my cuticle area but it has been hurting ever since than. It’s already the 26 and the pain is getting worse 🙁 I loved the service and everyone is super nice so I’m bummed about that! Also one thing I noticed was that tools used were not sterilized.

I’ve been here twice and I’m happy to say I’ve found my nail place! I came in with gel nails that were botched from another place and had awful cuticles – Vee took great care of me both times and I’ve left feeling great both times. I got a pedicure this last time and Vee took her time with me and did great! I will keep coming back. The atmosphere is also great. I highly recommend this place!

The best pedicure I’ve had in forever, and they take their time to make sure it’s done right. It’s been a week since I’ve visited and usually my nails would look grown out and start lifting if I went anywhere else, but they look just as good as when I left the shop. I use my hands a lot (I work on a computer all day, cook, clean, wash dishes etc.) And they still look so good. She was able to do my feet and make me feel at ease as a first time customer She also did my eyebrows. I am VERY particular about my eyebrows and she did an amazing job.
