I did not know what to expect for the first time, especially since you are not physically hooked up to anything. I was surprised to feel a subtle current run through me, just sitting in the chair for 1 hour. My hands and feet felt a tingling. And then I drifted off to sleep, which is amazing since I have difficulty shutting my mind down. I went home, did the detox bath and didn’t think twice about the experience. The next day, I woke up with my joints sore and my lymph nodes very swollen so I continued to hydrate and all went away within the day.
