QUALITY STUDIOS? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS PLACE! I had a referral to get my cut at this place and what should of taken me 45 min. became a 2 hour nightmare! There was a barber named Yoshy (J. Patino) who took over and tried to fix my cut as best as he could. Sooo, he said the next time he would do my cut…YEAH RIGHT! I set up an appointment but he canceled it, and then sent me a bogus text about he was sorry!!! This dude wanted me to redo an appointment and proceeded to blocked me from making any appointment with him! What kind of professionals are working here! A bunch of immature dudes playing childish games! Two Barbers in two weeks at this location and NO EXCUSE for their inapt customer service!

If I can give a one star I would. My mom came in to get her eyebrows done permanently… she has got this done before years ago at a professional place and it was great. Well she came to Gigi at quality studios and she messed them up so bad- the arches were not even at all- one was higher than the other and the thickness wasn’t the same as the other brow – she absolutely ruined them and the next day she gets a nasty bad infection on her brows.I sent Gigi pictures of the infection and she refused to do anything she said she will get her lawyer involved once I said to give a refund back. Before my mom walked out she told her they weren’t the same and she ruined them- yet Gigi continued to say” ur just not used to them because it’s a big change from your other brows that’s all” Gigi is so unprofessional and definitely shouldn’t have a license. I am now having to pay $300 per session!!! to get them laser removed and the lady there even said what the heck happened- and was surprised it’s taking 3 sessions to remove and they still already close to being removed fully. She said she’s surprised because ink on eyebrows is not the same as tattoo ink and shouldn’t take this much to remove. Gigi (Giselle) is really costing me money now. Stay away !!! Go to a professional

My 12 year son got his haircut here for the first time today. He did not have an appointment but they were very accommodating to get him in. My son had a specific haircut in mind, the barber referenced a picture, and it turned out perfect. Highly recommend! Haircut

I literally just walked out and when I tell you I haven’t felt that comfortable walking into a hair place the staff was amazing. Josh(?) was also great and made me feel very welcomed lol. 11/10, definitely going here from now on.
