Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI would normally rate this place 5 stars but today was so disappointing. It’s clear that the owner and the employees only care about the money from each customer and don’t respect their time. At first, I was a walk in and was told to come back. No problem! When I came back and had an appointment… I waited an hour and a half for my nails to look like this today and STILL ended up paying for them and tipping the girl who did my nails. The owner didn’t say a word to me. I was never told I would have to wait for another lady to get her nails AND eyebrows done while my nails were soaking off for 45 minutes. Totally unprofessional experience and I will never go back.I would normally rate this place 5 stars but today was so disappointing. I would normally rate this place 5 stars but today was so disappointing. It’s clear that the owner and the employees only care about the money from each customer and don’t respect their time. At first, I was a walk in and was told to come back. No problem! When I came back and had an appointment… I waited an hour and a half for my nails to look like this today and STILL ended up paying for them and tipping the girl who did my nails. I would not recommend this place. Not clean. They were hand washing the hand towels in the sink out in the main area. They simple rinsed them in water and then rolled them back up for the next person. Floors were filthy and the pedicure chair I sat in had greasy fingerprints all over it. Also the wine they give you as a complimentary glass was watered down. The woman that did my pedicure was fine, it was just the lack of cleanliness that was a let down. Not coming back here.

If you’re gonna spend money on pedicure, but go with the BASIC. The other pedicures don’t really come with any thing extra, at least anything worth the extra cost.

If I could say ZERO stars, I would. Twice I’ve gone there with my granddaughter and had a horrible experience both times. The last time, I had a pedicure and my granddaughter had a manicure. The lady that did my pedicure was very rough on my feet. She filed my nails roughly, pulled my cuticles, didn’t give me the leg massage, used a cold towel on my legs, and didn’t even paint my entire toenails; she stopped before the top. My feet looked like they’d moved backward by the time I left. The lady that did my granddaughter’s manicure was equally incompetent. The owner, Melissa, wasn’t there that day, so I called her to tell her about the experience and she wanted me to come in. I was on time and she wanted me to wait 20 minutes. She agreed the pedicure was bad but only agreed to repaint my nails and give me a $20 certificate to come back as well as agreed only to paint my granddaughter’s nails. She said she would do it, but when I went in she was late and pushed me to someone else. Then complained when I waited to bring my granddaughter in because she forgot she told me she had a busy week of prom and a big wedding party the following weekend. She treated me as if I was trying to swindle her out of a nail painting by waiting so long. So when I called she was rude and told me if I didn’t come in on a particular day and time she wouldn’t re-do my granddaughter’s nails. I told her I didn’t even know what to say to her because I had waited to be respectful of the fact that she was busy. Then she back paddled and said it was just a misunderstanding. I dislike this place so much that I won’t be using the $20 certificate. They’d have to pay me to ever get me to walk in that door again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Melissa also told me that when I call in to make an appointment I’d need to remember the names of the people I had a bad experience and make sure I don’t make an appointment with them again. That would be my responsibility! How about make sure your employees know how to provide the services you hired them to perform?

This place is awesome! I will never go anywhere else in Austin. The new owner is so wonderful and provides top quality service. She is so friendly and speaks perfect English and understands everything you want. They specialize in designs and have really beautiful work. The staff is very thorough. They never rush but it doesn’t take forever to get your nails and toes done. The products are top of the line and last a long time. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
