I deliberately waited a whole year before I decided to post a review. My initial visit was great. I thought that maybe they were being nice because I was a new customer. Over time I noticed how genuine the staff members are with not only myself but every customer that walked through their doors during the times I was getting work done. I love this place. The awesome staff members and their work is the outstanding. I have never had a bad experience here. SUSAN IS AMAZING!! I drive a good 30mins to get here but it’s worth every minute.

I have been going to Quality nails for 4 years now and I find that they are friendly and very professional. I also have several friends that go there. I have never had any problem with a pedicure or manicure, in fact am going today. find out for yourself and don’t rule them out because of a bad review. everyone is different and some people might be difficult to please. I have worked for the public too, and find this very true.

I have been going to Quality Nails since the day they opened and have always stuck with them only. I am always treated very well, if fact the owner Susan has given me free gift cards for certain charities I am involved with. I saw the complaints about the TV on with shows that are foreign, if you ask they always change it for you. I wish people would understand that the nail techs work 7 days per week and they are very dedicated and work VERY hard to please everyone. I wish people would give them a break and quit knit picking!!!! I love them all……..Susan, Lee and Flower are all wonderful people and highly qualified I will never leave.

Women there are very rude and acted like they were being bothered when I went in there twice this week to try to get my nail fixed. I left after the woman who I think is a little older said I smelled and that they were busy(hello I didn’t smell and they weren’t that busy). Wish I could put a very negative star rating for their nasty attitude and being very rude calling me smelly.

I don’t have enough of the right words. I’m dumbfounded. Went for pedicure on Wednesday evening around 5pm. Got home and couldn’t believe it. (Pic with the flip flop on) old polish still on, white tip wasn’t painted all the way across nail beds, my heels and toes weren’t as smooth as they should be for $30……. so, went back today…… and, I WILL NOT BE BACK. I’m almost positive I was on one of those candid camera shows (where they screw with you to see how you react) but, they just never told me LOL!! I’m dumbfounded. Oh wait, I already said that!

I am a licensed nail tech they did not practice good sanitation they use methyethacrolyte which is an illegal product that causes corrosion and for the love of God there is no such thing as gel powder look it up it’s the same acrylic they charge 5$ less for I do nails and am very qualified to make this statement gel powder is a scam I do gel nails and there is never powder involved if they are mixing liquid and powder they are not gel!!!! Now my nails are corroded and yellow after only one week I should be able to wait 2 weeks before needing a fillfix and with legal product your nails should never turn yellow except maybe for smokers the prducts I use never turn yellow and last 4-6 fills I will not be returning to this salons I am disgusted
