It’s good for simple cuts and I personally have never had a bad experience with customer service. The ladies seem fine but I am not going here anymore, this is mostly because they can’t do the styles I want my hair to be, if you want to be fancy go somewhere else, if you want a cheap acceptable cut go here

What a crook! One of the stylist stole over $300 in cash from my wife while she took my baby son whose hair was being cut to the sink to wash his hair. My wife called San Ramon PD and they recovered cash in exact same denominations that my wife described from the stylist’s purse. They also discovered the Chase bank envelope where my wife withdrew money just before walking into the bank. They could not bring up the charges due to lack of evidence. Stylist said that was tip money! over $300 in $50 bills at 11:00 in the morning in tip money. Also, their security camera system was turned off so no recording of theft taking place. Don’t take my word for it go check out SRPD’s police report for 12/15/16. Finally, the owner going through all this has the audacity to ask my wife to pay for the baby’s haircut. She even came running after my wife. Police had to pull her away from wife. I have already filed a ethics complain with Ca Cosmatology board. I also suspect the stylist has a expired license. I could not verifiy it though.

By far the worst place ive been too. The lady cut my sons hair and said, “ok he’s done”! I asked if she could please trim his top shorter. The owner starts talking in their native language obviously mocking me with her hand gestures. She put her hands in a prating position like saying”yes master” . Then the girl asked me if i wanted his hair thinned out on the top because its thick and i said “sure”. The owner started yelling in her language again and this time grabbed a bottle and pretended like she was beating something. She was clearly talking lots and lots of bs! Then i see my sons hair and he has bald spots and a cut on his eat. My son told me when i asked the lady to trim more she used force. This place is filled with a bunch of wacos that have no respect for customers! I will never be anywhere near this place!!!

Quality haircut. Meticulous attention to detail. I would definitely go back. They have a discount on Tuesday’s for $15. I can see why the previous reviewer may have thought there may have been some rudeness, but I think it really boils down to cultural differences. I found the overall experience to be more than satisfying.
