I came in with a set cut I wanted explained it all out but becuase the stylist didn’t think it would work she did what she thought was best. You can make your hair healthier with cuts over time you don’t have to chop it off all at once I expressly said I did not want short hair all the way around I look and feel ridiculous when this was supposed to make me feel better. Critical: QualityI went in for a hair cut on Friday October 15th. Worst hair cut I’ve ever had. The stylist was more interested in the conversation about the elderly lady driving a Corvette than listening to me as a client. She chopped my hair off and did a pittiful attempt at texturing. I told her it looked matronly, she said the texturing would help… It didn’t. I told her I wanted something “shake and go” she said this is .. no.. it’s shake, mousse, flat iron, hair spray, then go. It’s AWFUL. My hair looks like Justin Bieber the early days. No layers, one side is longer than the other. I told her I needed something easy to take care of and out of my eyes, nope… Part of my hair still hangs in my face. It’s just terrible.
