Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI initially made an appointment online with a guy name Phil. When we got there I was told by a Phil, it was two Phil’s and it was a mix up during booking. That should’ve been a RED FLAG, but I was told Rob could cut my children hair. This Phil guy did offer $10 out of his pocket for my inconvenience, so that was nice. I told Phil to give the $10 to Rob since it was his first time cutting my children hair. Going forward I would not take my dog to Rob. He’ll let you make an appointment, but I noticed he’ll put other people before you, making you wait 30 minutes or more, not knowing or caring about your schedule. That’s the purpose of making an appointment. When I brought this to Rob attention calmly, he got rude, VERY unprofessional, and cursed me out. I couldn’t believe it, I was shocked! First, you’re a worker at a place of business and secondly, what REAL grown man talks to a woman like that. I still have the messages he and I were sending. So I asked for his boss/manager information, then he stated he’s his own boss and he wouldn’t give me the owner information. Therefore, I couldn’t notify the shop owner this is who they have working for them. I can’t believe a business have a person like this working there. Suggestion owner(s) you may want to put your contact information on the front door so your customers could contact you when they have a problem/concern with a barber. I haven’t been back because of the degrading disrespectful from Rob. This post isn’t about any other barber there, just Rob, don’t do it. When I moved here appx 2 years ago and went to the metro store, one of the barbers were standing outside. He saw my haircut and said that if I ever needed a good barber just come by. Well after driving back and forth to my barber, an hour one way, I didn’t want to make the drive so I decided to give them a try. As I walked in at appx 8:45 there was one barber already cutting someones hair and another customer whom I sat in front of. Another customer walks in with his son and then another barber. The gentleman behind me that was there before me, went to the barber who just arrived. After the first barber got finished with his cut the man and son went in before me. A few more people started to come in, and again they went before me. Now I understand if you have appointments by all means take them first. But if I was there before them, obviously the courteous thing to do was to tell me they had an appointment. Or if they were not comfortable cutting my type of hair they could’ve said so instead of making me wait an hour before me leaving. I left and went to another barbershop. and was put in a chair not even 5 minutes before walking in. They were courteous, listened to what I wanted and gave me a good cut. I have to say I wasn’t quite expected to be treated as such!

Never Again. If i could rate this place a zero out of 5 I would. I gave this palce 3 chances and they messed up all three times. I tried three different barbers but they don’t listen. They always do what they want to do to your head. You have to have them repeat what you want done like a food order. All I can say is don’t take this risk in letting any of them do your hair, your better off doing your own.
