I showed Luna a picture of some nails I liked off of Pinterest and she turned my nails into exactly that. She is very talented and good with detail! You can make an appointment online, it’s very clean, and my nail tech was awesome! Tina did a fantastic job with my gel mani/pedi and was so kind in helping me pick out a color I loved. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been going here for years. But lately the service has been absolutely terrible. Have left with nail polish all over my fingers and toes, pieces of tiny hair in the polish, and if you try and correct them or ask them to fix it they give you nothing but attitude. Today the guy even made me bleed (no big deal, I get that) BUT them actually gelled the blood into my nail. So my french manicure had one nail with blood in it (you can see it in the photo). Great service *sarcasm*. I am so sad by how far down the quality has gone. I’ll never go back. Be warned everyone. I have been going here for years. But lately the service has been absolutely terrible. Have left with nail polish all over my fingers and toes, pieces of tiny hair in the polish, and if you try and correct them or ask them to fix it they give you nothing but attitude. My nails look so bad. I just visited this location 2 days ago for the first time. Let me just start off with 3 of them are crooked. They look like they need to be filled in already and I just got them done. I did not get what I asked for I asked for my nails to be Ombre and I got white nail polish with some glitter dragged down to look like Ombre. The paint job looks so bad to the point where on the sides of my nails it looks like it’s chipped/missing paint. There is acrylic and paint on the side of my thumb that is now like peeling off. I also asked for my nails to be square and half of the nails are oval looking. I am NOT impressed. I have an event to attend Saturday so my nails have to be redone before then. I hope the Hampstead location does a much better job than this.
