Very rude& rushed through the entire thing, left my nails and fingers dirty. Bubbles in my nails. If she would’ve taken her time it probably would’ve come out nice but she was so rough and clearly doesn’t care about the quality of her work. I won’t be coming back.

Its very nice inside , the employees are very nice and they good great work . I’m from gretna and I moved to belle chasse needed a new nail place to go so I did my research and went here . I was not disappointed, I even brought my daughter when I went for my refill. Definitely worth it and the price. They did the nails i wanted off a picture, it was exactly what i wanted ✅

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. They’re customer service was horrible, and didn’t greet me properly. They yelled from the back and asked me what I wanted. A guy came to service me and did my manicure. When it was time to pick my color the guy left and I waited for 40 minutes to get serviced. When I finally decided to leave, another lady explained that she would be right with me, but wasn’t anywhere near done with her current client. The guy eventually returned and the lady who spoke with me said he had to go pick up his kid. No one communicated to me at all, until I was clearly upset and ready to leave. I consider this the worst customer service and I would not recommend going there. I really wanted to give them another try after my situation, but after writing this review I wouldn’t dare.

I have been there serval time and my nails always came out perfect. Exactly what i asked for . They do great solar ombre and have so many color collection. They use a new file and buffer for each customer for nails and toes where other shop still re-use same one over customers and pedicure chair is always coved by liner for each pedicure. I highly recommend this place. I will stay.

I give the two starts because they do a really decent job. However I have been there more than 3 times and every time with appts and they really don’t respect the customer’s time. They help multiple customers at the same time. The last time I called to get two nails fixed, they told me they could help me so I went in. He put the nail and before he was done he started helping other customer. This time (3rd time this happen) I needed to get to work so I told him I was sorry but if you can’t help me I have to leave because I have to work. I asked him how much I own them and with the unfinished nail the bad customer service he still charmed me the $6 for “fixing” my nails. He just put the acrylic, no file, no polish, no nothing. Very disappointed…. I wish it will work for me because the location, but if they don’t respect their clients

I recently visited here and I have to say it was nice. I had a really stressful day and needed to relax. The nail tech took their time with my pedicure and then my manicure as well. They offered us something to drink while we soaked, the chairs are comfy and its very clean!

I love this nail salon. They are very nice people and nice customers. I’ve been there about almost 4 times already and I just love the way they do my nails and I love the inside it’s so beautiful there nail salon isn’t like any other nail salon I been to I will be going back there again.

Extremely slow! Plan on waiting one hour before they even get to you. There is no decency and honesty, instead of telling you it’ll be a long wait they’ll rush you to soak your nails or toes in water for an hour so you feel obligated to wait. Better off going to another place that isn’t understaffed.
