I used to enjoy this nail salon but my last two visits were terrible. The quality is sloppy. I was highly disappointed with my nails. Both times I went recently the nail tech I had was extremely rude with me about the way that I wanted MY nails done. This time he was extremely rude and even told me “no” and walked off refusing to finish. The guy who had to finish them was nicer but my nails were still not right. After having issues they still charged me $70 and I had to go home and fix my own nails to enjoy them. I will never go back.

They put the wrong color on first but they fixed and finessed my nails looked amazing when I was done. Didn’t have time for a pedicure today so I’m going back since they were so sweet and did an amazing job! The first photo was the reference photo. *UPDATE* I went back the following day because the middle finger nail broke. 3 days later the thumbnail snapped off. I won’t go here again.

Friendly, positive vibes. If your looking for somewhere to relax while getting your mani pedi or what ever it may be you’re looking for this is the place for you. I walked in just a couple days ago to get a fresh set and we were all joking and laughing. The staff is absolutely amazing.

Critical: Quality, ValueSo, my review is strictly based on my pedicure and the person who did my pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was a very older lady. She was nice. I did the classic pedicure. I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t get the deluxe or what, but she barely scrubbed my feet. She then proceeded to say how I had a lot of callouses, which i already know. I’m flat foot lol hence why i get a pedicure every two weeks. I’ll have to go home and go over what she didn’t do. The color on my toes is nice however. The establishment as a whole I have no problem with. The other workers were nice from what I saw. I most likely will never come back to this nail salon just off the experience I had today. So, my review is strictly based on my pedicure and the person who did my pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was a very older lady. She was nice. I did the classic pedicure. Very nice people and I’ve only been twice. So far the first one was the best. I was there nearly two hours for a pedicure, it was amazing. The second one I didn’t get there until around 5:30 so it kind of cut my pedicure shorter than the first. They do a really good job.

I gave them three stars, but I have to explain, first off everyone is so nice, it’s close to my home, and as soon as you sign in, they’re telling you to go sit at a booth or massage chair. Now, my problem is, my nail(s) always come off, if not one it’s two, or this time it was three. The same tech has been doing my nails the last three times I’ve been in, different one did my toes and no, I don’t make appointments, I normally just walk in, and this is why I go. So what I’m trying to say is that the environment is pleasant, they’re quick to get to you, but the quality of what they do could be better, that’s why I gave them three stars.

I tried this nail place because it is closer to home than my normal place and this was a huge mistake. I sat there for 30 minutes just waiting for them to finish talking to each other, tallying their individual sales for the day, looking at other customers nails, etc. I just walked out.
