Started coming 2 months ago and each time I leave happy about the quality of my nails. Used to go to a well known shop on Briggs Chaney, but the quality is very inconsistent. There only a couple of the people that do a decent job. At Q I get a different tech each time and they’re all good. Willing to listen to make sure they give you what you want, not what they think is cute. Bring pictures of design ideas and they’ll make it happen. A little pricey, but worth it

Horrible. Do not recommend. Amateur and not a luxury experience. 2 of my fingers were bleeding because the guy was so rough and heavy handed. Everyone knows that for a manicure you’re supposed to match the base color with different nudes but he used a pink gel type color. What is this the 1990s? Get with the program. Then tried to tell me that with French manicure it’s just one base color. Do I look stupid to you? After all the years I’ve been getting my nails done there are clearly different nude colors that match different people for French manicures. And for the price I paid for such a NOVICE job and RUDE service? You think I pay you all to be disrespected. I usually leave good tips but you all deserve no tip. Even for the price they charge, there are other salons that serve wine or champagne and are cleaner and an actual experience. These people are rude, dirty, seem to have some type of bias towards customers when I have a whole masters degree and they don’t even know who I am, and they don’t sanitize their equipment. Dirty, rude, ghetto, not luxury, and not worth the price for a TERRIBLE JOB. Do yourself a favor and go to a real nail Salon that knows what they are doing and will give a luxury experience not ghetto. Do not recommend!

I’ve been coming to Q nails for over year and they are excellent with nails and toes but every single time I take my little daughter she’s ignored. Like it never fails and I legit always tell them at the front that she’s getting gel nail polish on her nails and toes. Today we got there at 5:30pm and I asked for a full set, pedicure, and for my daughter to get her toes and nails done. Not only could I not get my full set done because my tech was busy(which is fine because I booked an appointment for Saturday) but my daughter didn’t get her nails done because EVERYONE ignored her. She comes every single time with me and she usually gets Kate and the Indian lady. They both do wonderful jobs with how the treat my daughter and are attentive to her. Today was completely different, By 6:45pm no one had came to do her nails and I had to leave to drop her off to her dads. I don’t appreciate that my daughter gets ignored but when a 8 year old came they did her polish change ASAP. But I pay 150 plus every time I go there and y’all can’t do my daughters nails and toes ? I can even show receipts of all the money I pay plus whatever tip I leave. I am a loyal customer who pays good money and my daughter listens to them when they are doing her nails. If it wasn’t because they basically ignore her every time they would have gotten 5 stars. When Victor (my nail tech) is there and helps me, he makes sure someone does her nails and toes.

Love my nails! You can tell the tech has years of experience because he worked very efficiently. I went for a natural look and they came out better than expected!

i wanted to find a new nail salon near where i live and victor did an amazing job on my nails but when it came to my pedicure, some lady began on my nails and cut the skin open on my toe and it began to bleed. i told her to stop the service because it’s not sanitary to paint over an open cut. they proceeded to charge me full price for the service and when i was against it, three of them began yelling saying i needed to pay off the full price. they said they would give me $5 off of a $30 service that i did not receive. it’s unfortunate because i had such a great experience with victor but it’s not worth it. that’s not how you run a business. point blank period. they also admitted that they cut people all of the time! as if that is normal…. never seen a business so desperate for money that they are willing to treat a new customer like that. no surprise why it was empty when i went.

The first time i came here to get my nails done, the nail tech who did them did a very good job. I don’t know her name but she had a deep voice. The last time i came. i got my nails done for homecoming. I got gel fullset with no designs. The lady who did them was an old lady. She made 3 of my nails crooked but I didn’t notice til after. She was so nice tho. I wish she did a better job. I also got a pedicure and she didn’t really do a pedicure. She really just washed, clipped, filed and scrubbed my feet and painted them. It’s not like i wanted my feet rubbed but i wanted to have my heel scraped so i can have smoother feet. She oiled my hands and feet too but i wish it was like what I usually get. The total was 85 but the lady said she’ll make my pedicure 30 so it should’ve been 80 that i payed but the cashier took $90 from my card instead of 85. Respectfully saying, please choose your nail techs when making an appointment and pay with cash to avoid unnecessary payments.

I’m only giving 2 stars because I normally frequent this salon and the others ones depending on what area I am in. I’ve been spending my money here for 2 years. I let a lady do my nails for the first time and she was super rude. My pedicure hurt so during the service my foot was a little tense. When asked why I was so tense I told her it hurts and she asked my when was the last time I had a pedicure. I’ve been getting pedicures since I was 13 yo… I’m 30 now. I think I know what a pedicure suppose to feel like. Then I asked the price because normally I get my nails and feet done but today I just got the pedicure. She proceeded to ask me “why am I asking the price if I always come”. She was just really rude and I will never be back to any of the Q nails shops. She left a really bad taste in my mouth. Never again!

Horrible don’t go…dipped nails horrible shape and she only dipped them twice totally uneven tones$55, eyelashes $45 horrible ones thicker than the other tried to go back to same lady who did them (second chair in front on right side) she told yes she see’s but I will have to wait for manager and she doesn’t know when she will arrive. My volcano pedicure was done good but she cut me a few times on both my toes and hands.

Horrible experience. Now I remember why I hated this place. The people argue about who is doing who’s nails. They add extra for the smallest things without communication.
