They took me with no appointment. Efficient. I suggest that the people working there try speaking English more often even to each other so they become more proficient in the language. Not one word of English was spoken between them. Then they might be able to have a conversation with their client. A nice thing to do.

I have been going to QQ nails for the last 4-5 years. I will be returning as long as I possibly can to get my nails/eyebrows done. Yukie is the best she is the only person, I will let do my nails. She is fast, she listens to what you want, and she doesn’t mind trying new things. I love the fact after a few times of going, she will remember your name and how you like your nails and eyebrows. QQ nails has a nice and clean atmosphere. Prices are great for the Cherry Hill area. They follow all safety protocols.

I’ve been a customer here for more than 3 years and have referred my family and friends who are also now loyal customers. They do a beautiful and careful job on gel manicures and regular pedicures; especially Yugy. They are under new management and it is a clean and friendly environment. The prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend this nail salon.

I have been going to this salon for three years. I have never had a bad experience. Now that there are new owners, the salon is better than ever. The previous owners were rude at times, but the new ownership has made quite the difference. I wouldn’t go anywhere else…the prices are more than comparable for a manicure and pedicure. Very disappointing experience. They have one price on the sign and by the time you’re done the price is different. The female that appeared to be the person in charge was very aggressive.From the start I told her I wanted the acrylic very thin and wanted my nails to look natural. She cut me off short and said I know I have to build a nail 1st. Then she began to clump an excessive amount of acrylic on my nails not even the shape of the nail and immediately I told her this does not look good. She said just wait it’s gonna look fine. I’m gonna file it down. I just don’t understand the point of putting a ton of acrylic on and then filing it down when she could have just put a thin layer on like I asked. Needless to say my nails came out looking a mess. They look thick and clumpy and far from natural looking. Then they have all these nail color options to choose from when I finally select a color they didn’t have it available. Over all not very satisfied. It was over priced and I’m very disappointed with my nails will not be returning.

I first heard about this place from my sister who took my mother to get mani&pedi, she said it had just opened and that they had specials. I went in to get my nails done for my sister’s graduation (acrylic nails with the french design) and it has been the worst thing I have ever thought of!!! The “professional” that was working my nails looked like she had no clue what she was doing, I noticed when she was gluing the nails, they were not sticking to the nail, then when applying the acrylic she was not sure about her tools, she kept switching between brushes. My nails looked like big acrylic balls. When thinning the acrylic she cut 2 of my fingers. I was very VERY ANGRY!!! I just wanted to go but it seemed like never ending. When she was finally done I was charged $30 bucks. It has been 3 days now and the white on my nails look horrible (starting to chip off). WILL NEVER GO BACK!
