My friend and I went to get pedicures. We usually go to Luxury bar across the street but decided to try QQ nails because it looked really nice and got good reviews. We checked in at 3:15. They took us right in with no appointment. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Pedicures were good, a little longer than expected. The girl started my dip nails at 4. I wanted to leave by 5, as I had a funeral to attend. At 5:30, I was still sitting in the chair. I got red tip nails with a green finger. I feel the base color is too pink. I also wanted a silver line above the red tip and a Christmas tree design on the green. Finally I just said I don’t have time to get the design I have to go. She cut me multiple times (marks on 6 of my fingers) and today it actually hurts when I wash my hands. Unfortunately, after spending $124- I am not in love my nails.

Initially I had a 5 star experience here. I came in without an appointment and there was going to be a wait which I expected but they got to me faster than they said they would. My nails looked great afterwards and I enjoyed the experience. As I was leaving, the person at the front desk told me there was a 7 day period I could come back and get them fixed. As I got a gel manicure, this made me a bit skeptical since it’s supposed to last at least 2 weeks but I figured they just had good customer service.

This is BY FAR the friendliest, cleanest and the best service I’ve ever experienced from a nail salon. They greeted us with such warmth the moment we came through the door and it was 5 star treatment every moment thereafter. Seriously. They went as far as to offer us beverages, make sure we knew we had hooks available next to our chair for our purses, inquired if we were comfortable…it was a true spa experience. (These people have customer service down to a T!) You know how typically you feel like your nail salon is pushing everyone through like a herd of cattle? Never at any point did they make us feel the least bit rushed or of any inconvenience. They genuinely wanted us to enjoy our experience and feel valued, and it showed. And on top of it all, the entire place was visually STUNNING and SPOTLESS! Oh! And our nails are gorgeous. Highly recommend!
