I would give 0 stars if possible. The salon owner Jenny did a Brazilian Blowout on HALF of my hair and charged me $300. She was very cheap and stingy with the product, didn’t even use it correctly step by step (spoke to Brazilian Blowout customer service) and my hair is so tangled still.

One of the worst hair saloon ever . The owner Jenny literally pulled my hair while washing forcefully. I asked her for highlights and gave her my choice of color she decided to put her choice of the color instead. I had to re do my hair highlights because of her. I wanted to give zero stars but yes owner is very rude trying to pull people hair while hair wash. My head hurts because of this. Never stepping in here again. Very bad place for hair color or highlights to be done.

They are in a rush and while trimming my beard, the hair stylist gave me multiple cuts. And have communication issues, I asked to trim my beard and she takes it off completely.

This was probably our third visit in three years. Mother’s haircut, dual colors and style was the best ever thanks to Jenny! It took 2+ hours and $160 for: cut, shampoo, two colors, blow dry and style but it was mother’s 88th birthday splurge. We also had haircuts. Mama is partially disabled in a wheelchair but got treated well. There’s also a Yelp review from our previous visit. Note: the only drawback is the sign of their right to refuse service to anyone which could scare off some.

To start if there would be option to give negative stars I would have given -10. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone and I’m definitely not coming back here even if this is the last left of Salons in the world. Now the details:

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent here for professional experience in hair dying, instead of dying it myself at home for a turquoise color. She was hesitant then offered purple instead and joked about it being for Halloween. I ended up changing the color I wanted to an orange-red, thinking it would be easier. I wanted the entirety of my hair dyed and she ended up doing an ombré so half of my hair is still as it was. She was constantly pushing for more services, and I didn’t even get what I wanted done. Then the price shock due to my hair apparently being too long and bringing an extra premium to pay.
