Really liked Leon for the first 30 min. All vibey and fun chatting. Lori too. We had a random connection to Indiana. I noticed Leon was a bit testy with a walk-in who wanted regular polish. Ended up telling her to go back to her friend who was cheaper. It was really the delivery that surprised me, not the message. But I just kind of laughed uncomfortably with him. He made a comment that she could say whatever she wanted to on google reviews, and that he can reply back however as well. Then, Leon bumped the table and knocked my purse on the floor. And Apologized. I thought nothing of it, and put everything back in that fell out. Finished up, went to pay. As he handed me back my credit card, I put my apple watch on and was stunned that the fall had shattered the face. I showed him and he said– “Tell your date tonight to buy you a new watch”. I was STUNNED. I witnessed the rudeness and then got slapped with it myself after I paid for my services +tip. One week later, my dip polish is chipping and I have still not received any offer to help me replace the glass on my watch. BAD KARMA. What comes around, goes around Leon and Lori. You said it yourself during my appointment. Disappointed.

The best pedicure I have ever had! I chose the spearmint CBD pedicure and it was so luxurious. I also chose a really bright yellow and they did a base coat of white, which I really appreciated. It made the color pop! I will def come back, perfect spot for a birthday pedicure!

They did a really good job on both mine and my daughter’s nails. I had my baby with me , and she started crying and trying to climb off my lap and touch things, and the Staff were very patient and nice about it! Thank you!

I came into this salon because they had amazing reviews and take walk-ins. My experience with Leon to do a full set was great! He was quick and professional, and my nails look great. I also got a nice relaxing pedicure! I highly recommend this place for quick and great service.

If you are wanting acrylics I would go across the street to the salon next to Harmons. After 2 days I already have lifting on 9 out of 10 nails. Also the price for clear tips was suppose to be $30, but the lady lied saying I needed a special top coat for $5 extra deceptively. Not to mention each fingernail is different in length. She sucks at her job. I should have done my own. They would have come out better

They’ve raised their prices $10 for a pedicure since the last time I went in. I told them I wanted the basic pedicure ($35). The lady doing my pedicure asked me if I wanted to spend another $5 to have a callous taken off my heel. I said no thanks so she didn’t touch my heels at all. They look the exact same as before I went in. Did nothing to my cuticles. I feel like I paid $35 for nail polish only. Kids pedicures (age 4 + 6) are also $35 each and just their nails are painted. I left thinking I have no idea what was worth $110. Thank God they didn’t ask me to tip.

Me and my boyfriend have been here about five times for a pedicure and had no problems. Usually we do the most expensive pedicure. The last visit I really didn’t need a pedicure but went with my boyfriend to get one anyways. We sit down and I told them I wanted the plain $30 pedicure and my boyfriend wanted the best one for $50. Then the manager or whoever she is tried to up sell me the $50 pedicure like they always do. I told her no thanks I just want the $30 one. She tried again to up sell me. I told her no again. I felt like she was trying to make me feel guilty for not getting the more expensive one. Then massage time comes and the guy didn’t even massage my legs or feet, he just rubbed the lotion in. But however my boyfriend got a nice long massage. The girl was using her muscles and she even got out of her chair going all out with the massage. Long story short. They don’t give you a good pedicure/massage if you get the cheaper pedicure. Which all massages should be the same no matter how much you spend.

This is my first visit to QPI Nails and I was very happy. Alex was very friendly and fun to talk with. He listened to all my picky requests and was more than happy to accommodate me. I will definitely be going back. BE AWARE: they only accept cash tips which is a little less convenient, but that’s my only complaint.
