The first time I came here my gel mani and regular pedi lasted me over a month. I came back and requested my appointment with the same nail tech and when I got to my appointment I was seated with a different person. My gel started chipping 1 week later as well as my pedicure. The salon is decent but could use some updating. Unfortunately I will not be returning after my last visit

I started going to Q Nail almost two years ago when we moved to our co-op across the street. The staff are all very friendly and professional, and their work is excellent. Lisa does my gel manicures and is a perfectionist; I get many compliments on my nails! We have also been getting pedicures and massages and are always very satisfied with our services.

I’m visiting family and needed to get my nails done. I walked in and they suggested the dip powder. I usually do the arcrylic nail fill in so this was my first time doing the dip powder. They had appointments but worked around them and took me on right away. I’m very happy with the service and my nails. I recommended the place to my daughter in law in case she decides to try them. I would definitely go back whenever im here and need my nails done

I went here all the time as Q nails and they were great. Now its Lumos. My sister went the other week and her gel chipped two days later. Decided to give it a second try and it was the worse manicures we ever had. First they cut while prepping and my nail bed bleed for atleast half the visit. The color i choose was not the same as the display and when i changed it the guy proceeded to paint my nails the new color (also not the same as the display color) but still left a bit of the first color. I asked 2 for him to fix it and finally asked a third time to redo it all together. He seems annoyed and was alittle agressive with the fix. I then asked for a design which He started and then said hes not good at designs and offered me sticker designs. I said no and nevermind but he tried the design again. When he was painting i told him i only wanted one flower and he said no two looks better. The design he did looked nothing like the one i picked out so i asked him to take it off all together which he seemed annoyed by. Lastly, instead of a massage i got two sprays of antiseptic on my hands ( which also sprayed on my face as well) mixed with a pump of lotion that wasnt massaged in but more like slapped on for 2 seconds at best.At the end, the coverage on both our manicures werent even either. I can atleast say that since our disappointment was clear they didnt charge us but i will definitely not give this new business a second chance or recommend to anyone.
