Botox
Botox cosmetic is a natural, purified protein that relaxes the overactive muscles that cause frown lines to form. When Botox is injected into a muscle, it blocks the nerve impulse reaching that area, and as a result, the muscle weakens, the overlying skin relaxes, and the wrinkles in the skin.
Cellulaze Laser Cellulite Reduction

Dysport
QnA Cosmetic Surgery offers a variety of treatments that improve the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. If you are struggling with accepting the deep frown lines on your face and want something that works immediately, Dysport injections might be the best treatment for you.
Eyelid Surgery
Upper lids are particularly prone to drooping as the skin becomes less elastic, while lower lids are prone to bags and darkening due to thinning skin. With a series of small incisions and laser energy, your eyes can be resurfaced and tightened, with a dramatic decrease in dark circles and wrinkles.
Facial Resurfacing

I’m usually pleased with the results and am comfortable with the aestheticians and doctors. But, y’all…this place is the absolute best, and Dr. Brown is PHENOMENAL. The QnA Cosmetic Surgery staff and Dr. Brown is so friendly and easy to talk to about what my concerns were and what I wanted. This also helped during my injections. They made sure I was comfortable during the injections and the mini face massage Dr. Brown did after was quite nice. From check-in to check-out was flawless and very comfortable. Then I visited the QnA Cosmetics side and even the staff there was amazing! I purchased (repeat purchase bc I love this stuff) a kit of the Glytone. She even opened the pump lotion for me (as requested) because I break the pump every time I get a new kit I am actually looking forward to my future visits to QnA Cosmetics Spa & QnA Cosmetics Surgery! Maybe next will be a chemical peel!!

I booked a Diamond Glow facial by the recommendation of Caitlyn (who has flawless skin) with Malayna Anzalone and received the type of treatment one finds on 5th Avenue in NYC or a luxury cruise. Together, we discussed areas of concern for me and I was impressed by her suggestions. She communicated throughout the process and fully understood the limits that are needed when there was quiet time. I was so happy with the immediate results and they have improved over the past 24 hours. Although on the pricier side for the area, it is well worth it and my skin is glowing and healthier than expected. I’ll definitely be back for this procedure and to try more bells and whistles!!!
