Came in as a late walk in, 5pm but she took me anyways. Hands down she’s the best! I love her attention to detail and how honest she is. Highly recommend.

Been there twice over the beginning of my college career. First time was a good experience. I got a good haircut from one of the barbers and we actually had a chat. I was charged $17 bucks and I thought it was reasonable. I decided to come back again for another haircut and I had a barber named “Brandon”. Literally took an hour to cut my hair (I have short hair) and during the middle of my cut, he kept messing up. I asked for a thin, short flat top with the sides shaved. But he kept making my flat top super thick and wide. An hour later, I got my hair where I wanted to be like. But then, he had the audacity to charge me $25 bucks! So overpriced and cost way more than the previous cut! I paid it and didn’t say a word because I AM NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!

I’ve been a loyal customer of punch barbershop down the block for about a year now. A friend recommended diverse kutz to me. I am not exaggerating or biased when I say that I received the cleanest cut of my life. Combined with the price, this place is the best barbershop I’ve been to in the Chicago suburbs. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI called numerous times to speak to a barber about costs and services provided. Nobody ever answers the phones at this location and seems a little overpriced for the quality. Staff is semi friendly but not very personable. I won’t be returning back.
