Absolutely never going back there. I had been going once a week for a few weeks and loving it. I think I’m a pretty generous tipper, I always give at least 20% usually more. The last massage I had there wasn’t great and I was feeling worse then I had when I came in and when I went to pay I gave the cashier exact change for my massage and then went to give my masseuse exactly 20% in cash and she wouldn’t take it and gestured toward the cashier (woman, usually there is a man there when I go) the cashier took it and counted it and said “no, more.” And I was stunned, and I’m very uncomfortable with confrontation so I just handed her $5 more dollars and left. But I was so flusteted and embarrassed and anxious for the rest of day. I will never go back.

My husband and I went here together this afternoon. We both had a 30 minute chair massage. Total bill on my credit card was $72. First of all, when my massage was over, my vision was very blurry and I could barely see or read. I wrote $16 on the tip line, so each worker gets a $8 tip. Slightly over 20%. The woman that gave me a massage rang me up. She had a strong accent so I couldn’t tell what she was saying and I could barely see. So next thing I know, she’s taking to the man (chair massages are right next to the register basically) finishing up my husbands massage – and the man tells me $20 is 20% that is better. I was super confused and taken aback – I just crossed off the $16 and revised to $20. It wasnt a big deal to me, but extremely unprofessional and RUDE. Not only that… I didn’t realize that the original $8 tip that I left for each of them was over 20 percent. My massage was very light, no pressure. It felt like just a back rub. I went there because I felt tight, well I still feel tight hours later – the massage did nothing. With that said, this place is a hit or miss depending on who is giving the massage. My husband had a good quality massage, and I’ve been here many times with either a good experience or a very light experience with no pressure or effort. After my experience today, I will NEVER return here again. Save your money and go to any of the other 2 massage spots in this mall.

Great deep tissue massages. They have table and chair massages available. They also have two couples room that have two tables in it. The ambiance is nothing special, but for the price you can’t beat it.

What I dislike is that the masseuses demand a tip. Tipping is for service but based on customer satisfaction, we got a very light massage and maybe that’s because we were the last ones before they closed for business. The masseuse yelled at me and unfortunately I didn’t understand what she told me because I don’t speak her language (note: I did leave a tip but they demanded more)

I used to like this place for massage but it’s hit and miss. Today, though, was the nail in the coffin, we went for a chair massage today for 2 (40min). The massage itself was ok. On the payment, I put $20 for tips on a $95 bill. The lady asked to give more even though it was over 20% already lol. Ain’t going back here anymore!

Wow didn’t see that coming. Very good experience. Nice and pleasant and you have a variety of options to choose. Recommend calling ahead. I went to the main location next to Spencer’s. If ita busy they have another next to food court. Def will come again
