I wish I could speak to the therapist in her language. She was so knowledgeable without speaking much English. I found this out after the massage which was incredible. Within minutes she could tell the muscles that had to be focused on and put much of the attention to them for the short session. I made the mistake of going with a half hour session instead of an hour, highly recommended for athletes.

Shu is a very talented woman, she has MANY years of experience as a doctor in China and an amazing understanding of the internal workings of your body. She has solved many aches and pains in ways that I would not have expected. A word of caution, unless explicitly asked for, her default mode is EXTREMLY painful (“no pain, no therapy” as she once said) so you might want to work your way up to it. It’s not your traditional massage place, but she isn’t your tradition massage therapist, she is great!
