Visited Sept 2021 and it was a Nightmare! Paid 60 for one hr massage. 10 min waiting in the room before the massage. Once the massage started she went to answer the front door three times and took a phone call. I got about 15 min of a decent massage but after the last time of leaving during the massage, I decided to leave. I ended up demanding some of my money back and ended of paying 40.00. Lady was Chinese and did not speak English. She used Google translate on her phone. Very lazy and unprofessional. This is the second bad experience I had at this place. I will never go back. Don’t waste your money or time with QD Massage, they are horrible. They will be going out of business soon. Apparently there was another unhappy customer in the lobby when I left they was highly irate and was quite threatening to one of the employees.

When I showed up a man walked in right in front of me and quickly closed the door behind him. When we were both standing there they quickly hurried him to the back. Without even asking him one question.. they knew what he was there for I guess…. my “massage therapist” tells me you pay now. Which confused me because you always pay after a service. There is definitely some sketchy happy ending weirdness going on in this place. I made an appointment over the phone. When I showed up a man walked in right in front of me and quickly closed the door behind him. When we were both standing there they quickly hurried him to the back. We were asked to pay ahead of time and leave a tip before the service which I thought was strange. I typically leave a cash tip and my tips are based on service. I left the tip blank as I planned on waiting until after the service to leave the cash tip. Then they started talking in another language so that I could not understand and pointed to the receipt and handed it to me so I wrote down a flat tip amount as I was so confused at what was going on. I had planned on giving a larger tip based on service and would of done so after the massage. However once in the room another lady stormed in the room with the receipt saying my tip was not enough… I then explained I have never paid for a tip ahead of time and typically paid $20 tip after a service but was not going to tip a large amount not knowing the service I was receiving. I was so appalled at the unprofessionalism I then said I just wanted my money back and no massage she then acted like she didn’t understand English and told me to lay on the bed after I repeated myself three times I finally just gave up. The massage was decent at best. But the entire time the lady was having a loud conversation with another massage therapist in another language- and kept burping. The most un relaxing message I’ve ever had! I did however leave a $20 tip after as I saw on a sign as I was leaving that I missed before they ONLY get paid by tips! Not to mention they charge you a credit card processing fee. Ridiculous! Never again!

Made an appointment for 5:30 pm…got there right before the appointment and was asked to come back in an hour. My wife and I asked for a couples deep tissue massage. We were asked to pay in advance which I gladly did. We were taken back to the room got our massage which was more of a Swedish massage not deep tissue. When we went to leave we were asked to fill out paper work which I told them no since that hour was a waste of my time and money then we were reminded that we didn’t tip when we paid before the massage. I would NOT recommend going to this place for a massage.

Decent massage, but very difficult to communicate. They make you pay before the massage even starts, and when I tried to give a $10 tip, she said she wanted $20. During the massage, the girl left several times to talk to another girl, quite loudly. I think part of the issue was cultural differences, at least I hope so. Sorry, but I will not be spending my money here in the future.
