Everything was really dirty. I find this often at various nail places, if you take like 120 seconds between each customer to wipe and disinfect it would make a world of difference. But no, just a wipe of a giant brush used about 1000 times a day on various people.

Poor service dry personalities!! Walk in no greeting I had to greet myself! I Was with someone and they sat us both down started her polish before even turning my water on! When they finally tried to start my water I was good I no longer wanted a pedi! Instantly started speaking a diff language and didn’t stop until they were done with her toes!! Terrible service

I am not a fan of what I got. The lady who did the nails was great and the process wasn’t stressful but the product…. I can just say I’m not a fan. It looks old straight off the bat I had to file them down myself to make them looks somewhat even . I wish they had pushed down my cuticles and made the get read the base of my nail. Not olny that the nails are chunky. The design I got on the middle fingers are great though. I really mean no shade to the lady who did my nails I just think they could’ve been better for sure.

Worst customer service imaginable. I use to come here often because they have a good color selection for shellac. My last time going to this place they began service on 2 people who came after me when all I wanted was a fill in. They told me it was at least another 40 minutes until I would get serviced. Thinking if I changed my service to a toe polish change they had told me someone could do a pedicure on me he decided to service somebody else .I’m not patronizing any business who doesn’t take into account my time especially when I’m being patient and always come support their business. Not once did they offer a reasonable explanation as to why everybody else is receiving service before me.

I used to come here a few years ago and was reminded why I stopped today. I came in for a dip fill in and pedicure. Before sitting down I showed the gentleman my nails and asked if they could do it because they were ombré acrylics with specific colors. He said yes, and proceeded to direct me to the pedicure chair. I picked a color based on what was on my nails still thinking I was getting the same thing. When it came time to get my fill in he then tells me oh I don’t have those colors. So why did you say you did? A complete waste of time and money. I left with just a pedicure. Sure I could have just gotten something else but my biggest issue is I stated what I needed and was told it could be done just to find out it can’t.

If I could give negative stars I would! This was a horrible experience right from the beginning, this is one of the worst customer service experiences with a nail salon ever in Michigan! I went in for a pedicure with my husband, he got a male pedicure and I got a female pedicure with polish and design, I asked for a matte color with an accent design. I was charged $30 extra for this design request and ended up with a standard gloss polish and no design, when I talked to them about it they told me that’s what I had asked for. I showed them the picture of what I wanted and it was nothing like the picture, even the lady sitting next to me getting her pedicure was shocked that they would still charge me for the picture I showed them I wanted! But this wasn’t even the worst part! When it came time to pay, I handed them a credit-card to pay with and the told me they don’t expect anything but cash. It would have been nice to know that before they started the services because neither my husband or I had any cash on us. When I explained that to the lady who I was supposed to be paying, she suggested I pull cash out of an atm near by but only one of us were allowed to leave the building. I then tried to explain to her that I could not pull cash off of a credit-card and that only works for debit cards. She made my husband and I sit in the salon for 45 minutes to an hour while she was trying to get ahold of her daughter who was apparently the owner. After they talked the lady came over to me and asked me for my credit card, she then walked over to the payment machine and tore off the paper that was taped on it and ran my card through perfectly fine with no issues. “Broken card machine”

I had colorstreet sticker nail polish on and I told her I only needed nail polish remover, she proceeded and drilled so far down and hurt me! I asked for dip, she only had solid colors no glitters. When I asked for glitter she got an attitude! I said okay I will take French dip please. She barely dipped my nails (very thin coat) when I put my hand under the black light I felt my finger nails on FIRE!! I TOLD HER IT HURT AND PULLED MY HAND OUT AND SHE SAID” NO PUT IT IN YOU’RE OKAY!!” This was not my first dip manicure. In the end looked terrible and chipped the same day. When i asked to speak with the manger he said she could redo them…after she HURT ME!! THREE TIMES. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!?!?!?
